Every two years , the NGUON is organized and has multidimensional impact.
The mission of Roots and Royalty is to bridge the gap by guiding, introducing and being a part of the experience of discovery the NGUON festival for the Diaspora, walking in the communities, explore Bamoun culture, mingling with the locals, attend the King’s judgment ceremony, discover a museum designed to resemble the traditional Bamoun emblems: a double-headed snake (symbolizing vigilance and power), a spider (wisdom), and a double-mounted gong; with massive collection of artifacts. Laughed and loved is our goal at Roots and Royalty . We pride ourselves in being there every step of the way as they discover one of the great cultural events in Africa .
